Hi Janine, it's best to bake cookies at the temperature called for in their recipes and bake the batches separately. (That's what we did here in this post.) Otherwise you risk the texture of the cookie not turning out as intended: either too crisp/crunchy, or underdone in the center. It takes more time to bake the cookies separately, but we think it's worth it for the best results. Kye@KAF
