I have been freezing cookie batter for years. One I use all the time requires a trip to the craft store for chocolate mint wafers. Make the dough put it In logs freeze. Slice the logs frozen place chocolate mint in between 2 slices of dough, roll and pat flat. So easy can also use as a slice with your favorite topping me cinnamon sugar great with a cup of tea or coffee.
