You talk about “stiff” starter but mine is liquid after 7 days. Did I mess it up. My starter is made with 1 cup of flour and one cup of water. Feed same every day after tossing half of starter before adding 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of water every day for 5 days knead bag and squeeze out air. Then feed and knead bag for days six and seven. Help !!! I don’t want to toss all of it.
