I'm getting different opinions about flour use and have been quite confused, so I'm where I should have been at the beginning... King Arthur! I'm a KA convert, so I have both KA All purpose and KA Bread Flour. Is it the All Purpose I should use for my starters? Is using Bread Flour not advised?? I've been right in the middle of the 2 paths of thought about this. Any advice will be most welcome!!!
