I have a question I am using instant dry yeast for making bread. The recipe calls for two packages of ady. How much instant yeast should I use? Do I need to add it to the warm water first or just mix with dry ingredients? If I do just add it to the dry ingredients, I still use the amount of water that was supposed to dissolve the yeast in.
