I just baked a loaf of bread with your king Arthur flour for baking bread. I bought the bread flour by mistake I just wanted regular flour. I haven’t baked bread in 20 years but was reading the package and it seems so simple that I did. I can’t believe the beautiful loaf of bread that I baked crispy crispy and soft inside. That’s how simple it was. I used the recipe on the bag. Well I’ll be doing that every week
