Hi Beverly, you're welcome to try putting your grocery store rolls on a baking sheet, brushing them with an egg white wash, and heating them at 400°F for about 10-15 minutes. This should help brown the tops and may crisp them up a bit too. However, it's also possible that this will dry out the rolls too. You might be best off making your own crusty rolls at home. We promise they'll taste 100x better! Kye@KAF
