Hi. I love making homemade biscuits. I like to use self rising flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, butter and milk. Although I do have one question. Not all the time but sometimes the biscuits come out crumbley. Do you have any suggestions as to why? Also a trick I learned was if you want really high biscuits, after your done cutting them and have them on a pan, you put them in the fridge while you preheat the oven. It gets the dough very cold and then once the oven is done preheating they go straight to the oven. Gives me very high rising biscuits. :)
