hello all,I'm a baking newbie and enjoy all of your opinions,I'm open to any and all advice on biscuit,bread making.i need all the help I can get,but I have a question please for yall,what does adding 7up and or sour cream to breads and biscuits do?I like a yeast biscuit,it's nice and fluffy,been making biscuits with 7up and yeast and they they taste really good but are there any down falls to my method and where can I Improve also when i make bread it comes out crumbly when slicing how do i get that miist stay together sandwich slice,please help im open to all advice.thank yall so much for your time...howie
