Hope, try brushing your biscuits with melted butter before they go into the oven and also turn the temperature down on your oven by 25 degrees. You may need to add a few more minutes to the bake time to ensure the centers bake through, but otherwise this should help keep the outside soft. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
