I am an Australian living in Vietnam, I have just bought countertop Covection oven and missing Scones like Mother used to make, I have been trying to make some over here, I have the texture down pat but can't get them to brown, I have tried egg wash and milk wash but stil they don't brown on top, I have tried the top shelf, middle shelf and bottom shelf, they come out white but taste great, what can I do, thank in advance, Regards, Darrell O'Keeffe.
