Hi! I just attempted my first rye bread for my husband. Even though he says it tastes wonderful, it definitely doesn't look like the photo on the site I got the recipe from. Having discovered here on the article that there are differences in the rye flours...I'm curious on what category whole grain rye flour falls under?
