We used the link to the King Arther pie crust recipe and are really happy with the results! We use sprouted, fresh-ground in our own mill, hard-winter wheat for most of our baking and while we enjoy the nuttier flavor of whole wheat flour, the addition of orange juice was brilliant! It really cut the slight bitter edge out of the wheat. Thanks for the tips and for sharing!
