I read the blog, but didn't find an answer to this question. What is the best way to slice a log of frozen cookie dough? Any tips? When freezing cooking dough 'balls', do you roll it your hand to make the ball or is it simply a scoop and drop method? I haven't had any luck with scoops and end up usually using two spoons; hence the question.
