Hi Paul, that's curious. We'll need to hear a little bit more about your method and ingredients before suggesting some things to try differently. Consider giving our Baker's Hotline a call at 855-371-BAKE(2253) so we can troubleshoot further. It may just be a simple matter of needing to give your starter a "kick star" with a little whole wheat or rye flour. We look forward to helping you further. Kye@KAF
