just a note to all the lucky sourdough users out there. you might be interested in a book titled "ALASKA SOURDOUGH" by ruth allman, 1976. ISBN978-0-88240-085-3 (softbound) ther's recipes for everything from hotcakes to cranberry sourdough steam pudding. you will find there's more than bread and hotcakes to sourdough.
