As I am drying my starter, it appears that there is some black mold, or something, on some of the still more moist spots where it was thicker as I speckled the paste onto wax paper. Should I just accept it as lost, or let it all finish drying out and keep it? I started the drying process yesterday evening, so right about 24 hours ago. And since it is so humid here I anticipated at least a couple of days at the most for it to dry out.
