Can I add sour cream to the wet ingredients to make a pound cake more moist.
If yes, how much, half a cup or 1/3 cup is enough?
Also, please give guide line of what speed to use on a hand mixer to cream butter and sugar?
I have watched the video a few times, but I still prefer to see guideline for timing.
i.e. 3 -5 minutes on a hand mixer with medium speed.
