I am a recent 100% gluten-free eater now as I have discovered the cause of all my life long problems. I am/was a prolific baker. Thank you so much for helping me understand the science of gluten free baking so I can return to my favorite activity! Making these tonight with a gluten free corn/almond soup and salad. Can't wait!
