I have a recipe that calls for 4 eggs and a one cup of milk. My recipe appears to be the same as the Lemon Cake Bliss on your site. I would use your Measure for Measure product, but I am trying to empty my pantry from my previous gluten free flours. As soon as I've used up the old flour, I will get the Measure for Measure. In the meantime, should I add one more egg and reduce the milk by 1/2 cup, or since there are already four eggs in the recipe, do I need to even change the recipe. Thanks.
