I'm coming late to this posting, but only 6-months into a GF household. Thank you. With the holidays coming, I was wondering what to do about my cookie recipes. I've been baking GF cookies, using my recipes, but always with the stronger (extra-dark chocolate) flavors. Was worried about the more delicate butter-cookie flavors of the holidays, as well as my fruitcakes and fruit breads. This post helps across the board.
