Hi Enid, wow, what a recipe! Since the time this blog was published, we've actually come out with a new product called Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour. It's really quite amazing because all you have to do is use it to replace the all-purpose flour in your recipe. No other changes need to be made—you can keep the amount of eggs the same.
