When I was baking bread consistently in the bread machine, I would take it out at the final rise stage and form it into a loaf in a bread pan, let it rise and bake in the oven. I just started making bread again, GF is necessary, and am trying sourdough as an alternative. My first batch is rising, waiting for the oven as I type! My DIL is gluten sensitive and gave me some starter. She is an excellent sourdough baker!
