Just purchased a Zo Virtual Plus and have had so much success after first reading this article and all the FABULOUS tips from so many readers!!!! THANK YOU! Now I am planing on making a 100% Whole Wheat bread and I'm stumped. I thought I'd just chose the Whole Wheat Bread Cycle, easy enough. The issue is, on the Zo, the Whole Wheat Bread Cycle actually has shorter rising times than either the Basic Cycle or the Multigrain Cycle!?!? All my reading says that Whole Wheat Doughs actually need longer rising times as they are slow risers. Please, any and all of you, any thoughts on this? Should I stick to the Basic or MultiGrain Cycle and skip the Whole Wheat Cycle altogether? (Note: I did contact Zojirushi who claims that the times on the Virtual Plus are proprietary and they can't give out that info.)
