Just replaced my 35 year old Zo with the Virtuoso. Absolutely love it. The biggest difference I’ve noticed thus far is the superior texture and crust set on medium. I’m looking forward to baking various types of breads and using different flours. My family is thrilled! P.S. I follow all the tips KA has published and my loaves look perfect; no ski slopes!
