Great Article. I also have a Zorjirushi Virtuoso Plus breadmaker. You mentioned that at 1:45 minutes is after the final punch down for the White course where you can remove the paddles. Do you know the times for the other course such as Whole Wheat or Multigrain when you can also remove the paddles. I guess that I could hang around the bread maker while it is going to find the times, but it would be easier if someone else already figured out these times.
