Got a new Kitchenarm bread machine, but everything I make comes out dense. Even tried to make dough on dough setting and bake in oven. Dense, not as fluffy crumb as I would like and crust not crunchy. Could it be the yeast(switched to breadmachine instant yeast) or not enough liquid(we are at 4500ft)?
