April, try baking just the crust before adding the sauce and toppings. Sometimes the sauce and toppings add too much moisture to create a truly crispy crust. Try this par-baking method by cooking the crust for about 3 minutes, just until the edges are set and a bit of color starts to appear before adding the rest of your pizza toppings and baking until caramelized.
