Hi Anne! Almond flour isn't interchangeable with other flours (except maybe hazelnut flour which in this case, is not helpful.) However, you can take any shortbread recipe calling for regular all-purpose flour and use our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour to make them gluten-free. Happy baking!
