I tried this recipe earlier year and the batch was a tad too sticky. I took a leap of faith and put it back on the stove the next morning. I added a couple of teaspoons of half and half is all. Once the mixture melted and came back to temperature it was fine... perfect in fact. Since the first batch I have made several more and I have added Turtles and other candies to my repertoire. This is a very nice recipe. Very easy to follow if you have patience.
