Hello Barbara, I just made your caramels for the first time. I have two questions…has anyone used light or heavy cream instead of half and half? Also, after sitting in the fridge for a while, I cut one of the pans of caramel and they sweat a lot and become sticky…does the stickiness ever go away? Thanks Greg
