Hi Mary - I know how you feel as I have had periods where dairy isn't something that I've been able to eat. That being said, I *think* the best way to make this pie dairy-free would be to replaced the evaporated milk with FULL-FAT coconut milk (full-fat is super important here) and I'd use about 1/4 cup less.
