I've used your, make, slightly bake and freeze pizza crusts to great advantage the last two months. VIOLA here you go again and damn, NOW I'M GONNA GO FOR these! PERFECTLY WONDERFUL WONDERFUL IDEA, writing, great photos....be still my anxious baking brain! I have a bag of your Pastry Cream Filling, which mixes up quickly to add as a little filling under fresh berries...currently in the fridge some Driscoll Organic Strawberries which are to die for....maybe I need to make these mini pies for tonight's Holiday dinner! (no burger pan, but I'll find some creative way to make these...and oh yes, I do have the Turnover set to cut the circles of dough. Way to go MJ
