Hi there, Cinda! Are you using anything else in your hot chocolate mix to help keep the cocoa suspended? Our Homemade Hot Chocolate mix also uses dry milk and superfine sugar which helps to make for a rich cocoa mix. You might try adding a small amount of milk to your hot chocolate mixture, mixing it to dissolve any lumps, and letting it rest for a few minutes to "bloom" the cocoa before adding the remainder of the milk. Another great recipe is our Cocoa Blocks, which uses chocolate and cocoa powder to make a block that you dissolve in your warm milk for a thick, creamy cup of hot chocolate. We hope this helps!
