I have a question about adding Unsweetened Hersherys Natural Cocoa to an existing recipe. I want to add this cocoa to the King Arthur's Gluten Free Sorghum Bread Recipe. I the recipe there is baking powder, yeast and molasses. If I add 2 tablespoons of natural cocoa do I need to compensate in liquid(adding more milk) , in neutralizing acid/bitterness( adding 1/4 tsp soda) or in some other way?
