Lori, check out this dark chocolate frosting. The espresso powder in this recipe helps to darken the color, and you could substitute our Black Cocoa for a small portion of the cocoa to give your frosting a very dark color. I wouldn't recommend using it for the entire cocoa content though, as this may taste a little too bitter. Barb@KAF
