I am looking for a recipe or way to make 70% or higher dark chocolate. What I have found so far is that you cannot use Dutch chocolate. Is it possible? Or should I should I just bite down and pay the high price. Supposed to be many health benefits by consuming small amounts of 70% or higher of the right dark chocolate.
