Love this information! I always wondered what the difference was. I too grew up with the square Hershey's can. I now have children and one of their favorite things to do is make hot chocolate with the recipe off the back of the container. I do not care for the individual packets of hot chocolate mix sold in stores. My mother made cakes while I was growing up (mostly from a cake mix, few from scratch). Everyone loved her cakes. The secret was that she always made homemade frosting. One of my favorites that she made was a butter cake with what she calls "runny chocolate frosting". These days it is called ganache. She always used Hershey's natural cocoa instead of the solid bars of chocolate. It is still my favorite chocolate to this day. Thank you all for giving us all of this wonderful information!
