Linda, I think the article you reference was in the Washington Post, right, commenting on a report from As You Sow? If you're concerned about the results of the As You Sow report, thankfully they listed the chocolates in question; and thus you're able to avoid those particular chocolates. We don't sell any of the listed chocolates here at King Arthur Flour. PJH
