I just wish you still sold the natural cocoa powder for those of us who prefer it. My taste tests have shown me that dark color does not equal big bold taste. I now have to get my natural cocoa powder from Penzey's and I much preferred yours. Now I have to settle for second best. I hate settling which is why I use your products!!!!+
