This was FASCINATING! As a professed chocoholic, I usually prefer a piece of chocolate over chocolate cake, but could never understand why. Now I'm going to have to study the recipes a bit more and see if using a different type of cocoa could make cake as equally delicious as a piece of chocolate. Just what I need, another excuse to "play" in the kitchen. Thank you kindly!
