Hi there, Linda! We haven't tried this ourselves, but it seems many other bakers have had success freezing the bacon and then reheating it at a later time. If you'd like to give this a go, we'd suggest freezing the bacon flat, then putting it in a freezer bag. When you need some you can take it out and reheat it in the oven or on the stove in a sauté pan. Happy bacon baking! Morgan@KAF
