I place the bacon on parchment paper n a jelly roll pan. Place the pan in a cold oven. Turn the oven to 400 degrees. When the temp buzzer goes off, I check the bacon. Bake for a few minutes longer, then flip the bacon. Bake for five more minutes and it is done.
