I always bake 3-4 lbs of bacon on the weekend for breakfasts over the next few weeks. I have 2 disposable aluminum pans (that I have saved for this for several years) that I line with foil each time I have bacon. The long box of heavy duty foil fits the pan perfectly. I just drain off the oil and freeze it, add a new batch of bacon, bake, drain... until finished. No clean up, doesn't use that much foil. I can bake 2 pans side by side in a regular oven. Usually 20-22 minutes @370 for almost done bacon that 1minute in the microwave the next day will give you crispy warm bacon before work. And if you want a real treat? At the 15 minute mark? Drain a pan, sprinkle some brown sugar on the slices & bake till done (DON'T LET THEM BURN). OMG! Sweet & Salty!
