Bread the bacon!! Place AP flour in a platic ba- gallon size. Add strips of bacon one at a time and swish around to cover bacon with flour. Remove bacon and bake as above. I prefer to bake mine on a wire rack so that the bacon isn't sitting in the fat. Yummy extra crunchy!
