I've been doing bacon this way for about 20 years!!! It's the ONLY WAY to do bacon (unless of course you're only doing it for 1)!!! But I must say. THANK YOU. THANK YOU!!! I have never thought to use the parchment paper!!! Hello??? I have no idea what I was('nt) thinking!! But again...THANK YOU!!! It will surely make the clean-up much easier!!! Happy Baking! Maureen
