Hi Phoebe. We'd recommend making Hermit bars, as they have a very long shelf life and are sturdy enough to survive a long journey. Another option, though a bit more delicate, would be shortbread. We'd recommend using an icing made of confectioners' sugar and water if you wanted to decorate them. Happy baking and happy shipping! Annabelle@KAF
