I'm looking for a Christmas Cookie recipe for mailing to another country. Sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks for the mail to get there. I'd love to be able to find a recipe that I could put icing on in a decorative way to look "Christmassy" that could survive the mail trip. Any ideas?
