So enjoyed your tutorial on pie making! For sure will try these tips! Spraying pie plate is wonderful, can't wait to try this! Thanksgiving week is here and pie making is starting! Also, letting dough rest makes all the difference in the world! One of my pet peeves is bottom crust not crisp enough, so will be doing this from now on! I'm 77 and proof that old dogs CAN learn new tricks, Ha! Again thanks so much Susan, I do love a good pie crust!
