Thank you so much!! So much detail..wonderful tips. I've been making pies for years and always get rave reviews... bit I never rested my dough for 25 to 30 min. I will start doing this....thanks... plus that time can be used to do some clean up or a break! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ Thanks again from a 72 yr old can can still learn new tricks...
